since im only a beginner, i needed to use some websites to help me, so here they are!
sadgrl really helped me with making this website! it has a layout builder, which i used for most of this place, and it has free fonts, cool background, and so much more!
HAVING SOME TROUBLE FINDING COLOR HEX CODES FOR NEOCITIES?
THIS was super useful to find colors to use here! There may not be a super big selection, but i thing it will do the job!
